Yordan Angelov has 13 years of experience in the field of real estate. He started in 2011 as a financial and administrative manager at AG Capital. In 2016, he took the position of CFO of BLD, and in 2020 he was promoted to CFO of the group. He has been a member of the board of the Realto Group since the holding's inception. Before joining AG Capital, he worked as CFO in the software company SEP Bulgaria and MKB Unionbank. He graduated in finance, speaks English and is passionate about sports. He is married and has 3 children.

Gergana Tenekedzhieva has been working in the real estate field since 2006. Her professional development begins as a consultant at Address Real Estate, Burgas. Two years later she is announced as a manager in the company, working mainly with Russian-speaking customers "Key Bulgaria", part of the AG Capital Holding. In 2010 she takes over the North office at Address Real Estate, and since 2014 has been appointed as a Regional Manager for the town of Burgas. Since April 2019, she is an Executive Director of the company.

She has a Management degree from the University of Economics, Varna.

Svetoslava Georgieva is the Managing Director of Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate and a member of the Board of Directors of the companies within Realto Group. She has 27 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, well-established executive expertise, and in-depth business knowledge gained through key leadership roles at ADRES, Unique Estates, and Realto Group.

Her professional journey spans all levels of business, with 10 years of her career linked to ADDRESS Real Estate, where she contributed to the development of some of the company’s most successful structures. She has been part of the Unique Estates team since May 2011, where she plays a key role in the company’s strategic development and in establishing it as a leader in the luxury real estate segment.

Stanimira Pashova is the Chief Executive Officer of the commercial real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Forton. She has over 20 years of executive experience in real estate, investments, and market development across Europe. Pashova possesses strong expertise in fund and asset management, high-value portfolio management, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Forton, Pashova served as Manager of Forma Real Estate Fund for the Netherlands for five years. During this period, she managed assets worth over €250 million and led a portfolio of 12 office buildings with a total area of 140,000 sq.m. She delivered complex transformation projects, increased portfolio value in a challenging market environment, and strengthened the fund’s governance and compliance frameworks.

Between 2013 and 2020, Pashova headed the Office Space Department at Forton, leading the company to a market-leading position in the segment. She developed and implemented office strategies for international corporate clients, conducted strategic location analyses, and completed key transactions with Fortune 500 companies. Her professional background also includes executive roles at Zabar Management, Elta Consult, and Nash Dom Bulgaria.

Yavor Peychev is a professional with over 15 years of experience in the field of real estate, more than 11 years of which with managerial functions. He has several degrees of education, and the last one is a Master's degree in "Management and Business Administration". He started working at Adress Real Estate in 2007 and in 2012 he has been promoted to branch manager. In 2016 he has taken the position of regional manager of Imoteka in the city of Sofia. Since 2022, he performs the function of Chief Operations Officer and leads the business development of Imoteka in Sofia, Varna and Plovdiv. As of 2023, he accepts the position of executive director of Imoteka, with the ambitious goal of taking the company to the leadership position in the sector in Bulgaria.

Eng. Tihomir Toshev started his work with Address Real Estate AD in 2003 as an external consultant for the implementation of quality management system ISO 9000. In 2004 he is invited as an "Administrative Director" and a member of the Board of Directors of the company. In 2005 he starts working on establishing new companies in the field of real estate within the holding. For the period 2005-2009 he created, managed and promoted as market leaders Advance Expert Assessments OOD, Credit Center OOD, Facility Optimum Bulgaria AD and Frontex International AD. Over the years, Eng. Tihomir Toshev has established himself as a leading credit expert in Bulgaria with numerous media appearances and publications. As a managing partner of Credit Center OOD he has promoted the company as an absolute leader on the credit consultancy market. In 2020 Eng. Toshev was awarded with the honorary badge of the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia, whose graduate he is, and was elected as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University.

Pepy Dimitrova has completed degrees in economics and politics. She begins her career as a TV reporter, after which she becomes a communications manager for Address Real Estate.

She has 20 years of experience in the business services sector, with her work being closely related to real estate. She has collaborated with leading professionals in the housing sector and construction industry – agencies, construction companies and sector-specific organisations. She actively participates in various specialized events and forums as both speaker and moderator. Over the years she has held various positions in the holding and in 2021 is appointed Managing Director of BOpartners, a Realto Group’s shared service centre.

Ruslan Mavrev begins his career as a consultant at Address Real Estate in 2002. Since May 2006 he works as its office manager and in 2007 is appointed legal advisor. Over the years he has established himself as a leading expert in his field and in 2021 is elected Manager of the newest company in the holding – Imofond.

He has a Master’s degree in law from Sofia University.
